All ticket and pass sales are final.
-
Refunds will only be issued in limited circumstances as outlined below.
2. Festival Cancellation
-
If the entire festival is cancelled, all ticket-holders will be entitled to a full refund of their purchase price.
-
Refunds will be processed automatically through the original payment method used.
3. Event Changes
-
If the schedule, programming, or format of the festival changes (e.g. moving from in-person to online), no refunds will be issued, provided the festival still goes ahead in some form.
4. Technical Issues (Online Screenings)

We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your internet connection, device, or software.

In the event of a technical failure on our platform that prevents the screening from taking place, affected ticket-holders may be eligible for a rescheduled screening or refund.
