3. Tickets & Payments

  • Tickets and passes are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g. Eventbrite, Eventive, FilmFreeway).

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued only in the event of festival cancellation.

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • All festival branding, graphics, and content on this website are the property of the Brighton Absurd Film Festival and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • Filmmakers retain full rights to their submitted works, but grant the festival a limited license to screen their films as part of official programming.

 

5. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • We may alter programming, schedules, or event formats at any time.

  • In case of cancellation, ticket-holders will be notified and offered refunds where applicable.
